Hi! Thanks!
I've seen that thread, and there is definitely a great suggestion on the last post. However, the question I have is whether or not I'm understanding the manual correctly, and if so, was this a feature that was taken out?
Hi all,
The Mach-E manual says that there are anchor points in the luggage area. Is it just me, or are these simply missing? I see an indent in the wall where these anchor points are supposed to be, but that's about it.
I can't believe it. It's finally working for me today.
I completely removed my car and re-added it yesterday for the third time. What I did differently this time, though was that I left my car off until the app said "waiting to activate". Once I got that, I turned on my car, and said "yes."...
Hi Don,
Homelink isn't a connected service, so it should work.
If you have a modern garage door opener, then it's almost a two person job. Or if you're fast enough you can race to your car after pressing the "learn" button on the opener.
Still seeing "No Connected Services Available" and it's been nearly two weeks. Probably doesn't matter anyway. Given the reviews I've seen on Electrify America and other charging services, their reliability isn't good enough yet to guarantee a relatively painless road trip.
On the bright side...
Hi Savage,
Did you have to do any thing? I was on the phone with Ford Customer Service and the Ford Pass Service team for 4 hours, and they couldn't help me.
I'm in the same boat.
I was on the phone back and forth with Ford Customer Service and the FordPass Team for 4 hours, and in the end, all I got was "We can't help you"
