I’m looking for my window sticker. I’m certain I have a copy. Just can’t find it. Tried downloading through that website that gives you the window sticker based on your VIN, but it’s not available any more.
You should never need to power cycle your car. It's just a work around, but ther real fix is to update the DSP module , that can only be done at a dealership.
It does work. I have not used my fob once. It’s not always that instantaneous, but give it a few seconds and it will work. I hear some android phones have bigger issues.
I figured it out. More than 2 hours with Ford support and they didn’t figure it out. After I hang up I kept trying and I ended up resetting all Phone As Key settings going to
Settings > general > reset > FordPass connect reset > phone as key reset
I had to configure PAAK again for all the...

Tone settings reset is a known issue. They will fix it with an OTA.
2 workarounds:
1. Switch profiles. Go to guest, then back to your profile. Your settings will be restored.
2. Disable all profile, and set the tone settings there. That will be the settings every time you turn on the car.
If it goes out again, it is not an OTA that will fix it. It is the DSP module that might need to be updated on their end. Keep an eye out, if it stops again take it back and tell them to double check the DSP.
This started happening to me today! Doesn’t matter if you are using the phone or key fob. Door will only open if unlocked through key fob, keypad, or by opening another door.
I still don't have a full report of what they've done because they are still figuring some stuff out, but my understanding is that they updated the DSP, no need to replace it.
Apparently yes. My car is not 100% yet. It’s going back to the dealership. Heating steering wheel is not working. They changed the steering wheel twice, brought different Ford engineers on site to troubleshoot but still nothing.
For the sound, I believe the fix was a DSP update. I’ve only had...
