Thanks for the reply. Mine does not give an error when cycling on/off lane centering from the steering wheel, Bluecruise just won't activate when in "Blue zones". I guess the only way forward for me is to have the dealer attempt the TSB and see if it does the trick. If they do end up pushing an...
Quick question for anyone who see's this: for those who have had this issue, did you have have an error message when trying to activate BlueCruise?
I ask because the TSB says it affects '22 and '23 models, but I have a '21, and have never had an error message, my Bluecruise just won't...
I don't have good news to report, took my car to the dealer yesterday and they attempted the TSB and weren't able to resolve the issue, probably running into the same issues jayadelson reported. I told them to call me when they have successfully fixed this on another Mach E.
OP mentions this is for '22 and '23 models. My Bluecruise stopped working 3 months ago but mine is '21 model year. Anyone else in a '21 experiencing the BC issues?
Having the same experience as others here, paid for the 3 year Blue cruise extension and it hasn't worked since. Dealer had my car for close to two weeks(many module updates according to the notes on the service ticket) before I finally told them to just give me the car back until they had some...
Thanks, did the same just now and it fixed it for me as well.
I realized afterwards that I never tried toggling the auto unlock settings under āSettings-Vehicleā to see if that would clear the issue.
I just started having this issue a few days ago, 100 percent of the time the driver door will not open until another door is opened or the button in the FOB is pressed. Based on frequency and quantity of folks on here reporting this same issue, seems like this could be a bug that came from an...
On the ones that have not worked, I try plug and charge first, and then when it doesnāt go through, I activate through the FordPass app and it will start charging but then stop after 2 or 3 minutes.
So you switched Plug and Charge to āOffā in the app?
Has anyone found that their Mach-E will successfully charge over and over again at certain EA charge stations but also fail over and over again at others?
I've successfully charged at an EA station close to my house on 3 separate occasion's and had failures at an EA station near my work 2...
Brought it back to the dealer on my lunch hour and they took it back and "cleaned up" the scratches. If you look close and the sun is shining you can still see them, but I don't have much experience with surface scratches like that to know if that's the best they can do with them.
I can live...
So the good news is my car was ready and is working great! The bad news is right after I got home I was putting my new plates on the car and noticed some nasty scratches on the rear lift gate that definitely werenāt there before this whole ordeal.
Wasnāt able to go back to the dealer today...
Just got a call from the service department, battery came in and has been replaced. They are going to charge and keep overnight and hopefully I will be getting the car back tomorrow!!
Yes, I am the one from the other thread that had this issue. Same situation with HEV and Powertrain fault FordPass messages. Latest from the service department at my dealer is that they will be replacing the high voltage battery within the next week or so.
I've not had the same experience with...
Latest update from the service department at my dealer:
āOk, the engineer and my tech have spoken and we are going to be replaceing the battery. I will have to let you know a delivery time on this part it is not something we order a lot of. I will stay in touch.ā
Thanks for looking the codes up. Received a call from the dealer this afternoon and it confirms what you said above. Problem with the high voltage battery and they're not sure exactly what yet. They have someone from Ford engineering scheduled to come take a look Monday or Tuesday. I'll update...
So far, dealer has updated me that his tech has gotten the car out of limp mode by "disconnecting things and re-connecting them" but that they do not feel good about returning the car to me yet due to diagnostic results they are getting and are waiting on Ford engineering to get back to them...
Ouch, yeah, I figured that's what it would usually be for, when you are just about to run out of juice. You can see in the photo though, battery is roughly 50 percent charged.
On/off didn't resolve so roadside assistance is on the way and dealer service requested created.
