I’m not an expert on DCFC… but I checked mine out and it looks like a tapered guide to help center the pin. I’m guessing it’s not essential but it’s gotta be there for a reason… right? I’m curious to see what other comments you get.

Since the frunk can be opened simply by applying 12 volts to the wires hidden in the front bumper, would you say it's a bad idea to store valuables in the frunk?

I’ve found that if you set the screen to 3 windows, it remembers what was in each window. But then I’m only on 6.4.

Do you push the release lever/button on the handle and wait a second to make sure the charge is stopped before you pull out the handle?

Is your Tesla unit set to run on a 60 amp circuit (48 amps cont)? You might try lowering it to a 50 amp circuit (40 a cont) which will drop the temp some. That’s worked well for me.
