I had this problem with my previous Mach-e and it was such a shit show I had to trade in the car for another one. Do any of you know if I have the upgraded HVJBā¦.what VIN is the cutoff for having the new parts. I am asking because I just canāt bear to go through this again. If my car has the...
I can't figure out if you are trolling or you are serious. An infrastructure problem? I had a 2008 corvette C6 with magneride and the damping was absolutely magnificent. The Mustang Mach-e bounces all over the place like a car with blown shocks. Have you ever driven a car with blown shocks...
My ICE mustang has an AMAZING rideā¦.better damping and body control than some luxury cars. The Mustang Mach-e suspension is just awful. I donāt have any advice for fixing it but I do wish people would stop saying āWell, itās a Mustangā¦the ride is supposed to be terribleā.
i wish Ford...
I own both cars and the ford is vastly worse once you have lived with both setups and drive on the same roads. My model y isnāt even the new model with the revised suspension. Model Y is stiff and rides rough but there isnāt that crazy bounce/oscillation coming from the back of the ford. Also...
I went with PS4s on my first Mach-e and was extremely unhappy. They have a stiff sidewall for cornering but they made the ride absolutely savage. Like to the point where I thought I might have to take rear seat passengers to the hospital for neck and back injuries. I know a lot of people...
Is it a 2015 or newer mustang? Boss 302 is vastly better behaved than the MME and it's a solid axle! If you drove them back to back you would think the Mach-E has the solid rear axle and the Boss has independent rear suspension š
Have you guys thought about trying the 2012-2013 mustang boss 302 shocks? I believe they were made by tokico (not sure if they are still in business or not), valved to ford spec and were adjustable with a screw on top. They are absolutely brilliant and, with some other go-fast pieces, helped...
What makes me crazy is they can do it if they put in the effort. I have a Boss 302 mustang with shocks that a 5-postion adjustable from the factory. I have them on the #2 setting and it's infinitely smoother and better controlled than the MME. I believe the supplier is Tokico with custom...
I switched from a 2021 model to a 2022 model and the ride is just as terrible. Ford didn't seem to make any changes to the suspension from one year to the next
I can't comment on if the new fisker will last longer than the old fisker, but the old fisker did have a suspension that felt like almighty himself tuned it. Just....incredible
It handled too
Found one available. I had 40,000 miles on my car and figured it wasn't a bad time to start fresh again. I made out like a bandit. The car depreciated about 7500 since I bought it but i got a 7500 tax credit so I basically owned the car for nothing. With the new car I take the tax credit...
Actually it wasn't fast lol
I've been dealing with this for a few months now and only recently decided to put a post on the forum about it. I just ran out of patience. You get a tax credit every time you buy a new one and my car didn't really depreciate much so I guess the techs at the dealer...
Does anyone have this issue? I plug in to charge and everything appears to be normal. I get the blinking blue indicator. Then the charging abruptly stops 1-2 hours later and I get a blinking red circle on the charge port. I have tried multiple chargers. Level 2, home mobile ones from a...
I plugged the ford charger into my Tesla to do a little experiment. Tesla gives you the amperage so itās easy to monitor. The ford charger started at 30 amps but then dropped to 24 amp then to 16 amp and then back to 24 and to 30. Each cycle lasted about five seconds. Thatās why it takes forever...
See the grey bend? Set the BS's speed to a higher speed on the turnpike than what the car will handle and it WILL NOT slow down to take the turn the way tesla does. I haven't tried it recently, so I will try it again and see if Ford made any changes.
lets look up autopilot on the dictionary and see what it says
Definition of autopilot
n.
1.
a device that automatically keeps ships or planes or spacecraft on a steady course.
So it's basically a system that steers and maintains speed. That seems totally reasonable to me.
I have a...
