    @rugedraw, thank you for your reply and for sharing the SSM. It says do not attempt to update any version lower than "23187", does this mean anyone like myself stuck on a lower version, like my "23095" have no way to update and we're just stuck with it ?

    could someone look at my UK Mach E? It's new to me, and there seems to be a lot of quality of life updates missing. I can't control the fan speed using the dial, nor are there any shortcuts to things like the camera on the top right. I don't know if it's been updated in a long time. VIN...
