I just checked my Ford app and it is in there also. I just purchased a used 2024 Rally. The upgrade is so awesome they had to list the features twice!

On the car section of the main screen it tells you that the upgrade is installed. But yes all Rally trims have it.

Found the setting. Thanks. The weirdest thing was when you would past a sign that had your current speed limit and it would increase the setting.

When we set the speed, we notice that it jumps 15 mph above the posted limit when the speed limit changes. So, if the road is 30mph and we have it set at 35, when the road speed increases to 45, it jumps to 60. If the road is 50, it jumps to 65 and so on. This is really dangerous and concerning...
