I'm just posting it because I find it hilarious. Ford has to release an SSM because dealers are warrantying wiper blades when the windshield or wiper blade is just dirty and Ford is sick of paying out claims for wiper blades that are fine. Lazy dealers. Wiper blades are warrantied for 6 months...
