You may want to clarify if the shudder is only during braking? Or, if it shudders while accelerating, maintaining speed, and at what speeds you notice it. Also consider if it happens on all roads or only certain ones.
Mine is older but I had bad rotors from day one. They were warped, like...
I've had no success using the gifted TripleCare we received as early Mach-E owners. My attempt to get dings removed has been a waste of time. Service Advisor couldn't find coverage for my car. He told me to ask a Collision center advisor to look it up. The collision center advisor said the...
Both of the posts above are exactly what I experienced, eventually both half shafts were replaced.
As soon as a tech drove with me, windows down, replicated the issue on several turns, then they replaced one half shaft. As I drove away from the service center after one side was replaced, the...
Sounds like the half shafts finally failed. Had to have both sides replaced in mine. Initial half shafts were faulty, took many discussions and multiple visits to get both replaced under warranty.
My glass roof had to be replaced shortly after taking delivery. A rock managed to hit the very front curve of the glass and it cracked from front to back about 3 feet. Couldn't be repaired, had to be replaced. It is very expensive but my insurance hadn't put a cap on glass replacement yet. I...
I drive in Engaged Mode. In town, surface streets and freeway. I don't drive it hard, no excessive hard braking, and I don't get it wet after driving downhill for an hour. None of the typical "user error" conditions exist for my use of the brakes. It's flat out a design or materials issue. Brake...

My 4 wheel brake job (turning rotors and new brake pads) didn't make it past 2,000 miles before showing signs of warped rotors again. Now another 1,000 miles and the shaking steering wheel while braking hard enough to engage pads/rotors is unmistakable and extreme. Anyone have luck getting a...

I've started to have a similar issue. I have three presets for seats and profile. Lately when I get in the car, with my fob and PAAK, the seat is in the #2 position, instead of my seat setting #1. I've unpaired all key fobs and PAAK from all profiles. Then I added back my fob and PAAK to my...
Dealer went for the whole brake job option. 6mm left on pads, suggested replacing all 4 wheels pads. Turning all 4 rotors. I'm just so excited to pay for this repair that really should not have been necessary. I don't have the $ amount for the repair yet. I'm even more excited to see how...

Not washing after a lot of heavy braking, usually wash after only a two mile drive. No noticeable brake dust not any excessive wear on pads or rotors. All look great.
Mine has had warped rotors since new as well. Took several trips to the dealership to get them to even consider a new car could have warped rotors. Took the shop manager for a quick drive, slammed on the brakes, and right away he said, "Yep, warped rotors." They turned them, problem went away...
I've had warped rotors since the vehicle was new. It took way too many visits to the dealer to get them worked on the first time, they kept telling me there was no way the rotors could be warped. Finally a shop manager went on a drive with me, I slammed on the brakes, and he immediately said...
My rotors were warped upon delivery new. Took multiple visits to service department before a manager drove with me so I could prove to them they were indeed warped.
They turned the rotors under warranty. This was a year ago ore more. They warped again and I haven't bothered with getting it...
Corrosion definitely NOT an issue here. Warranty at Ford seems to only approve one at a time. Tech said they nearly all come back for other side to be replaced. I hadn't even gotten off dealer property after first was replaced, and it made noise still.
Both replaced, no noise so far.
I got 40k+ out of my OEM tires. Wanted to replace them with slightly wider tire long ago, but waited until it was necessary to replace the originals.
Went with Michelin Primacy Tour A/S. 255/50 R19. I lean towards higher priced higher mileage warranty tires. I've always been happy with...
