The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has the vents in the B pillars (near the seat belt in the photo) not sure if that would work better than the floor for your purposes. The ID4 has the vents on the floor like the MME.

Yes, the Mach E ground clearance is quite low at 5.7" , not much different than an ICE Mustang.
The ID.4 has ground clearance of 8.3", more in line with what you'd expect from a "SUV".

The Ioniq 5 has a 800V architecture like the Porsche Taycan so it can charge faster.

The top trim of the MME is most equivalent to the SEL version of the Ioniq 5 in terms of features, so theoretically, the Limited should price out more than the Premium MME because of the standard Limited features that aren't offered on the MME, like the HUD and V2L, 20" wheels, etc.
