I'm loving mine. I use it for my 20 mile commute to work everyday on I-80 in Omaha. The only time it has issues engaging is shortly after the sun comes up on cloudless mornings. I'm guess the angle of the sun is causing just the right glare on the freeway to throw off the sensors. Not sure...
Honestly, that is usually the case for me, too. There are times when I need it to charge faster, though. It all depends on the needs of that day. We drive this car quite a bit. I'd much rather have the ability to charge faster than 2 kWh/hr just in case I need it.
That is absolutely the plan now. Honestly, it was always the plan but I just kept putting it off for one reason or another. I guess I have no choice now.
What a bummer. It's 85 degrees outside, nothing crazy. And even cooler in the garage where the charger and car are located.
