Go on the membership benefits page and look for the XPlan link. If you follow it, you'll find where you can generate a PIN that is used when you buy the vehicle.

Did you call or is there a place online where I missed it? If I change the membership level online, it says "$35".

The reality of my particular circumstances is that if this change doesn't grandfather and/or allow an upgrade to digital and keep the same membership start date, this might literally be the reason we don't purchase a Ford product. Not out of spite, but out of practicality given the parameters...

Will this reset the clock on the 60 / 90 days? Is this still necessary if you already generated a PIN?
