if I have to store something in the car, the frunk seems the most secure option. More likely that someone will break the glass than figure out a way into the frunk.
We can leave things to the market when we start pricing externalities into the costs of goods, rather than having that offloaded for the government (taxpayers) to have to sort out later.
Thanks for posting this. I had my appointment this morning. The paperwork shows they updated several modules, despite me being on the latest OTA updates, so I’m glad to have found out about this. Time will tell if this improves the PAAK/door unlock inconsistencies I’ve had.
Provided the same feedback, 🤞 Would be great as this would also enable us to download videos ahead of time for casting to the screen, for situations where there’s no wifi
YouTube is slightly sluggish. Not sure I will open up the other two media apps included (NBC News and NBC Today) after my initial testing today. Slow to start up (>10 seconds to progress from the Initializing indicator).
I’m very happy to receive multiple OTAs in quick succession over the past...
Get rid of the Mustang picture and the MME header - there is also a dropdown menu at the top showing your current selected vehicle and allowing you to select a different one.
I’m not sure any construction project can meet the bar of perfection you’ve set but maybe I’m wrong. Either way they’ve got my support, along with the majority of relevant tax payers.
Stripe does support Apple Pay.
edit: I’m really interested in where Ford goes with this. They’ve got a lot of things in the works, hope it plays out well for them.
How does Sound Transit have no oversight? It's board members are all elected officials. It's funding are all voter-approved taxes. They've opened multiple stations under budget and ahead of schedule. What numbers back up a claim that money isn't being appropriately used? Escalators were a miss...
Mass transit (for WA state this means light rail/bus) is really the only meaningful way to address traffic and pollution concerns, not sure why a BEV forum is so worked up about it. Stuff costs money.
The white interior is one of the things I loved about Tesla when I was looking at Model 3/Model Y a couple years back. I was so glad that the MME had the space gray as an option, and that's what I went with. No regrets, I love it. I think it helps to open up the interior and it's a nice change...
The 'few big cities' here in WA bring in huge revenue that benefits the entire state, and rest of the country, so it's pretty short-sighted to think problems should only be solved at the city-level rather than the state. That being said, the big line-item that is raising OP's registration cost...
Washington does not have a state income tax, so these types of fees and taxes are how we pay for our needs. In particular, the mass transit infrastructure being built out which is desperately needed.
