Got mine back from the dealer yesterday after being in the workshop for a couple of days to attempt to fix the 1.6 problem. Ford have been involved and recommended a course of action to the service manager and senior tech. It didn't work so it's all been thrown back to Ford software engineers...

Well my car has been in the Ford Hospital for 2 days (hope to pick it up tomorrow) They are changing the APIM module so I can receive OTA's. Not had a successful OTA this year and it's been stuck between 1.6.1 and 1.7.1. At the same time they say that it is going to be all updated as necc plus...

Like a few of you I'm still stuck on 1.6.1 ! Despite the dealer having 2 attempts to sort it... I'll be chasing them up in a few days as their September rush should have quietened down.

I'm in the same boat. My dealer has attempted to carry out the relevant TSB but it didn't work. I told them I'll wait until mid September so they can get the new no plate rush sorted out (has there been a rush this year?) so in about a week I'm going to press them to get on it!
