  1. Water dripping under body?

Thank you šŸ˜… I feel like I should have known that, hah
  2. Sloshing Sound

Iā€™ve been hearing sloshing sounds when braking and accelerating. Itā€™s remarkable to hear that others have been hearing these too, since I thought it was just me, for the following reason: After having the glass roof recall done some months back, the work had to be redone because of water ingress...
  3. Water dripping under body?

Today I used remote start to cool down the cabin before driving. As I was getting in the car, I noticed some liquid (water?) trickling from under the car. It was dripping down from around the front of the battery pack. The AC was running fwiw. Do I need to be concerned, or is this normal? Video:
  4. Seasucker Board Rack - too low for shark fin

Yup, thatā€™s the only neat solution that I can think of. Caveats being: 1. It would be more effective for a bike than a surfboard/kayak/etc. Might not be easy to secure a cable to a board 2. Itā€™s probably better at securing the item on the rack than the rack itself. In my case, the rack is worth...
  5. Seasucker Board Rack - too low for shark fin

I got to take the Mach E with Monkey Bars loaded with a heavy SUP on a round trip to the beach at the weekend. I left the suction cups attached overnight the night before leaving and there appeared to be no loss of pressure. The car is not so high that they are a pain to load. They are easy to...
  6. Seasucker Board Rack - too low for shark fin

So I replaced the Board Rack with Monkey Bars, which arrived today. I did a quick fit check. They sit a decent bit higher than the Board Rack and I'm confident that once they're positioned properly in front of the shark fin and fitted with thick pads, whatever is mounted on them will clear the...
  7. Seasucker Board Rack - too low for shark fin

Maybe, but the rack is narrow which means the board canā€™t be positioned off-center on the rack, and I donā€™t want to limit myself from buying wider boards in the future. The tolerances are just too tight for comfort.
  8. Seasucker Board Rack - too low for shark fin

Given the lack of a Thule/Yakima solution on the horizon, I thought I'd take the plunge with a Seasucker vacuum rack, as a few folks on here have talked about doing. I bought their Board Rack and tried fitting it last week. No concerns about how strong the suction is, but unfortunately its not...
