I’m six days past my delivery window with no car. And my dealer does not have any info on my car. But they received two Mach e’s for there stock. Why don’t people that place orders have priority.

EveyE I have a build date of 6/12/21

I recently got my build date of 1/12/2021, but it says 7/12/2021 in the email. Please update.

My order date was 2/28/21. I still do not have a build date or VIN#. Haven’t heard from my dealership in nearly three months. Which was the length of time they said my vehicle would be delivered.

The exact vehicle I ordered two months ago, and hasn’t even received a vin # for, is sitting in a lot less than two miles from my house. But the dealership is telling me they can’t sell until it four months or 4,000 miles which ever comes first. Makes no sense.

Can anyone explain to me why Ford is shipping the Mach-E to dealerships, when they have customers ready to buy waiting six month for a vehicle.
