My 21 GT spent 5 weeks at the dealer to replace a faulty pump in the "transmission" as well as do the HVBJB recall, charge socket replacement, etc. Today my wife was out and about in the car and I got an alert on the Ford app for "HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY WARNING. An electrical system fault was...

Thanks for looking up my info previously. You were spot on with the code and it required replacement of the fluid pump in the transmission part# LJ9Z 7P086 A. They then got another code and replaced wiring harness. Unbeknownst to me, they did the HVBJB recall fix at the same...
Could one of gracious folks take a look at 3FMTK4SE4MME00813? Thanks!
I have gotten a persistent "Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power" and Service Vehicle Soon that won't clear. I wanted to see what I needed to update, and do a before and after post trip to the dealer.
General manager turns out to be just as big a scumbag as sales manager. He said he tried to "unwind" my purchase but title was already in my name! You bet he did. I am sure he had $5,000 of ADM on his mind. Avoid Asheville Ford. They suck.
Dealers are generally scum. Mine screwed me on the X-plan Doc fee limit, then tried to "unwind" my deal. Of course he did! That would be a juicy ADM for him to screw someone else. They also tried to charge me some $350 BS added service in the time it arrived Saturday night and I picked it up...
I am not one to give up when I feel I am getting hosed. Something about the dealer's attitude on this doc fee thing just pisses me off. So, I am going to keep pursuing it. Here is the applicable NC law that I think is what they hang their hat on:
"Notwithstanding the terms of any contract...
Went through this BS with my dealer last night--$798 doc fee, no negotiating according to the sales manager. I told him that is not the rule, and he said "the burden of proof is on you!" SO, I showed him the rules. Still said no. Finance guy was a smarter fellow, and he read the rules and agreed...
Don't fret! Mine shipped 10/9 and palsapp never updated at all. Still says pending. Car arrived in Asheville at my dealer today! Perhaps that truck is on its way to Durham.
I will keep one foot in this forum, and one out the door until I am driving my car away from the dealer. Not sure what...
I did some more searching and CONVOY appears to mean it is on a truck. Perhaps it took a rail to KC and got loaded on a truck without Jack Cooper Trucking moving it around??? I am trusting that the Bandit is making a high speed run to NC with my GT!
Ok sleuths, help me out here. Built 8/27, shipped 10/9, nothing on palsapp. ETA is 11/16-11/22. Not sure if the window sticker we can see is helpful, but mine says "rail" and "ramp 1" is RH32. I contacted the dealer and the all the VVR says is "shipped convoy" and gives a convoy number. So, what...
Since my NC-bound GT left Mexico on 10/9 and never showed up in KC, I wonder if it took a boat? Is there any way to track that either on the ship or off the ship?
