Why wouldn't it? It's a software fix, so if their database shows the software modules have been updated, it ought to clear.
Is it something that requires a dealer with special access to check a box?
Even if so, wouldn't the OTA clear it when it's pushed?
Keep in mind both 12V outlets are 20A. That means 2A at 120V, or 240W, each. You can do quite a lot with that! And thereās always the direct terminal optionā¦
Every time my car is serviced they fight tooth and nail to avoid installing any updates and when a recall requires installing an update they usually screw it up. You donāt know how lucky you have it š

I'm sorry, have you _seen_ Sync 4a? It's clunky, annoying to use, and is generally unpleasant to look at. It's also slow, takes forever to transition between screens, and lags like crazy...

Maybe stupid question: a lot of these updates require you to use a 12V power supply because during the update the HVB doesn't keep the LVB charged. However, they're the same updates that can be delivered OTA (in theory, at some point, although they're taking their sweet time). How do the OTAs...
