Is anyone else having problems with FordPass? Car info (charge level, range) has not updated since yesterday. I've driven the car today and PAAK works fine but would not update to the current charge level/mileage. Tried charging my car and nothing shows up though the car is charging.

Has anyone gotten their X-Plan pin via being a Ford shareholder? I know there's a form you have to fill out. I sent in my form a couple weeks ago. How long did it take to get your pin and also how did they notify you: mail? email?
