Phew - I did get confirmation from the service that they are replacing part no: LK9Z*10C666*B, which is what TSB 23-2020 is listing for the GT HVBJB. They are evidently going to receive the part tomorrow! And repair done by Thu.; fingers crossed. Will update ASAP.

Thanks @Mach-Lee, appreciate you pulling the code for me. My dealer, Serra Ford of Farmington Hills, MI currently has the car and info from them is spotty at best. They are reporting, " It's the board that controls the battery" is that the same as the HVBJB? I hope it is as much as it does not...

I have these 2 errors now as well. Am scheduled to take it in to the dealer on Friday morning. I do notice that I do not have full power, though it is not stopping me from charging and driving as usual. Any insight from forum members/experts is greatly appreciated.

Post 21B69 battery module replacement, the car is showing 97% charge the last 3 mornings, even though FordPass and my JuiceBox are reporting 100 % charged overnight. Sigh ... As suggested earlier in the thread, I'll continue to charge to 100% for a few more days. Anyone else have a similar...

Took my car, '21 GT, in for a tire.replacement and the service rep says they will apply the 21P22 - Software Calibration Update. I was under the impression that 21P22 is not applicable to the GT models. Anyone with knowledge on this kindly comment. Appreciate it.

I ran my charge port door into a trash can and the latching pin broke and dislodged from the housing. Also have a small but noticeable dent in my car. :( Any advice on a fix is greatly appreciated.. Can I order the part and install it myself? Maybe someone has figured out how to 3-d print...
