Received this today, 2021 job 1. I've been "stuck" on failed updates since Dec - I think it attempted but failed to install 6.6 several times, and then 0 updates until today

I've had this message since around Christmas time. It failed on 6.6. Previously I'd been getting semi regular software updates on my 2021 MME.

Has anyone been able to pay for Blue Cruise using Ford reward points?

I tried to get 6.6 to install for almost a week with failures each time. Now I don't get the pop up prompt to install anymore, and when I go to settings the option to manually update is grayed out. Is there any way I can force it to attempt the update again?

Does anyone know if we get the 3 yr / $600 offer, will the blue cruise remain active with the car if I sell it? I thought I read somewhere that it is "non transferable ", so wasn't sure what that meant

I got my car back from the dealer today. Unfortunately same as last year they would not honor giving me the extra key fob, saying it's no longer an open recall (but last year when I first went to them, it still was) At this point I'm not sure who else to contact so I can get my extra key fob...

Any idea what the new blue cruise is supposed to fix/add? I got the same offer as OP for my job 1 2021. I don't really use the current iteration of blue cruise but might be worth spending the $600 in case I want to sell in the future

This week I've been getting the error multiple times a day. It's driving me crazy. Now I've started rebooting both my phone and sync to see if that helps.

I have a 2021 premium and I hear the rattle too. Always assumed it was the sunglasses but never bothered looking into it. I just got used to it I guess.
