A guy on the freeway rolled down his window, stuck out his thumb, and gave me the thumbs-down. It was hilarious. That’s the only hate I’ve gotten. Lots of positive attention. I guess I’ve been lucky.
Lately a 100% charge gets me about 300 miles, which is what Ford estimates. I have been driving in heavy L.A. traffic. Have you tried driving somewhere that has more traffic? Maybe the problem is that you don’t have enough traffic where you live. ?
I have had my phone shut down due to overheating while on the wireless charging pad during a longer trip. It seems to be a combination of Apple CarPlay and wireless charging. If I leave my phone on the charging pad but disable Apple CarPlay, the phone gets warm but doesn’t overheat. Likewise, if...
Has anyone had any connectivity issues with wireless CarPlay after updating to iOS 14.5? The wireless connection keeps dropping, but I am able to connect using the USB cable. Any tips?
I don’t know what incentive Electrify America would have to throttle its chargers, since EA bills by the kilowatt hour. But I have often wondered if EVgo throttles its machines, especially since it seems they never charge the vehicle at the rate advertised on the machine and because they bill by...

Take this to your dealer. I don’t have any of the issues with CarPlay, the reverse camera, sink for, or the noise from the instrument panel.
there is a way to turn off the blue lights and a way to open the liftgate from inside the vehicle. Your dealer can show you how.
I was looking at the Model Y as well. For me, it was also too spartan. No buttons. Everything is handled through the giant display. This would be OK if the Tesla had a robust set of voice commands, but it doesn’t. You can’t even control the radio with voice commands on the Tesla. And there’s no...
