This has nothing to do with the 12v. Ford sent out a corrupt fix for 6.13 and that’s why it didn’t complete. Ford is a mess.

Before they prioritize anything with blue cruise can they prioritize the software update fix to reenable my Blue Cruise? Or Better yet, bend the knee to Tesla and have them do your software….

Nope still the same. They mess something up and here comes another update. But again, still a lot better than Ford messes something up and it takes months to fix it. For Example, they screwed up everyone's Blues Clues who got 6.13. Sent out a corrupt update and now we are still waiting 4...

No one said they were perfect, but they aren’t as bad as Ford.

Damn thought I was reading the Tesla forums for a minute. I don’t blame Ford for dropping prices. The OP needs to be reminded that even ICE have prices slashes with incentive and rebates.
