So far, we hear only “its normal” from Ford through dealers. We don‘t know if its even a recognized issue and if Ford is working on it.

Was charging at Electrify America in Troutdale, OR. Charging was free, but the red tape shall have scared me :) I just not paid attention, plus a Bolt was charging at the same time.
