My mileage estimates used to be very accurate because most of my daily driving back and forth to work is the same, 60 miles to work, 60 miles home, 90% of it on the highway. Something changed as it reset to "unlearned" estimates and was quoting much higher estimated available miles each...
I have a CD drive I thought I could plug in and play in my Mach E but it doesn't give me the option of picking the USB port as an input for radio.
Any ideas?
GT sat overnight at 24%, did not charge. Short drive today noticed severe power cut and looked to notice a dozen or so gray bars. I don't usually get down to 24%, is this the reason for the gray bars and power cut, or am I having the connector problem AGAIN?
I purchased a Mustart cable for another EV but like it and have used it solely for the past year charging both vehicles. Not sure if I just never noticed before, but lately it has been getting extremely hot (6 inches right out of the plug) during charging. Uncomfortably hot to wrap your hand...
500 miles later "service soon" warning on my way home today.
Positives...it still let me cruise at highway speeds, but little to no acceleration there, felt like driving a focus. Drove directly to the dealership. They have been great, apologized and gave me a loaner.
Acceleration gray bars...
Just hit 8K miles. Car has been perfect...hate to let anyone touch it! Has anyone had the 10K mile service? Do they do anything more than check for updates and rotate the tires? How many hundreds are they charging for this?
And would anyone like to explain the gray bars on the "power meter?"...
I hadn't used it for a couple of weeks due to the weather. I think that's what the message said. Drove it about 120 miles today and seems ok. How does the 12V battery recharge in this type of car? Nothing to do with plugging it into the wall? Where is it? Hook it to a trickle charger?
On...
Anyone besides me not like this trend of no spare or donut spare, and no run flats? My dealer says he can get me an 18 inch steel rim and cheap tire for $250 but can't guarantee it will fit over my GT calipers. An oem rim lists for $900 and he will sell it to me for $800! Lol, without a tire...
Ford said it was due to be delivered to the dealer Oct 26-Nov 1 and it showed up on Oct 15th. First impressions as expected...build quality is good and performance is incredible! But oh the learning curve...took me two days to figure out the cabin temperature controls and still can't find my...
I've had a deposit on a GT since March. Car was built in August but waiting on a chip. I've seen deliveries posted here and my dealer has received their first GT. (not mine) Anyone have any good info as to if we're all going to start seeing deliveries?
