Has anyone had any success getting their dealership to install the necessary updates to get BlueCruise, YouTube app, etc. by complaining that it “doesn’t work” and have them perform the updates as a warranty issue?

Is it possible that I would still have all of these updates available if the 21P22 was already performed? I call customer service and ask them about these updates which they told me that the 21P22 had already been performed. 🤔

As someone that got my RWD Mach-E stuck in the mud a tow hook or hitch would’ve been very useful. Luckily I was able to escape with the help of a guy with a construction loader pushing me out using tires as a cushion. 😅
