I'm using Samsung S10. For about a week, i could not use PAAK at all. However, since i reset PAAK a few weeks ago, it seems to be far more responsive. It seems to engage quickly within 10 feet of approach.
I voted occasional because that was my experience over past 2.5 years and i mostly...
Nice post. Pretty much same here. I've had my car since Feb '22 with 23K miles and barely any issues.
I won't complain about PAAK or any minor hiccups because I accepted these potential issues when I decided to be an early adopter and bought Ford's first real go at a ground up EV. Honestly...
I used to use my PAAK all the time as well. Unfortunately, my lady doesn't have the same patience so I pretty keep my fob with me unless I am driving solo.
I'd be interested in keeping my Mach E after the Options if Ford starts sale of an EV Explorer SUV similar to the 2017 model. I'm not feeling the smaller European variant.
Regarding the BC, this is a nice to have, but is near the bottom of my list as I almost never use it and i don't do long...
OP, I don't quite read it that way. The footnote says Red Carpet Lease and Ford Options which to me indicates a Lease or an Option. This is different from Options and Red Carpet Lease, which could interpret Ford Options and Red Carpet as two types of lease options.
Am I reading this wrong?
It's a very nice looking concept car. I'm a sucker for all those bells and whistles. I never thought about how impractical suicide doors are for parking so thanks for that perspective.
Not sure how they can be practically mass produce this truck though. This of course, includes all the...
Thank you for sharing this. I am looking at getting the Juicebox. So you are able to adjust the current on the Juicebox app? I wasn't sure how to do that and it is great to confirm it can be done using the app.
FYI, after almost a year of using the Ford charger (the travel one) at home, the...
I agree. I bought the MME after my 2017 Ford Explorer lease expired (extended for 1 year while i waited). The MME is a place holder until the Explorer EV is in production. Looking forward to that for sure.
I hear it pretty well. It definitely mimics the revved up acceleration sound when you hit the accelerator. Like others have said, the sound is more pronounced in Unbridled mode, and more faint in the other mode (brain fart that i cannot remember the name.. :-D). I only drive in Unbridle since...
Indeed true .... G-O-T (John Snow)
Today, i hit 274 miles at 95%. Last year, I was there at 85%. We shall see as temps continue to go up and I drive more.
I still see my Journeys under Vehicle -> Driving Data. Granted I still have version 4.15.0 of the FordPass app. It last updated on May 6. Is everyone using a later update or is this a non-US issue?
Ok thank you. I will check that.
UPDATE 5/26/22: I checked last night and the update is as you described so thanks again. I'm not really hard up to have and test Bluecruise so i will get to do that when i get a chance.
Question for the Bluecruise SMEs. I received 2.83 two days ago and haven't driven my car yet.
I checked the Driver Assist menu to see if there were any noticeable changes in the adaptive cruise control. I did not see anything about "hands free". Do the hands free notification only show up on...
Hi @ChasingCoral. Thanks for this post. I have updated by OTA version. However, is it possible to edit this post to include OTA numbers beyond 2.5x? I received 2.60 sometime last week and this morning i received notification for successful update of Power-Up 2.7.1.
Thank you for starting this thread.
I have not had any interactions with FoMoCo as I have had minimal issues with PAAK and charging the first time. Honestly, those were non-issues for me as i considered them minor in the bigger scheme of things, especially since I understood as an early...
That's a great question.
I also received PowerUp 2.1 a few weeks ago. I am not knowledgeable of the tech and software aspects. Has anyone been able to confirm that this software update includes everything that is in 21P22? Based on the low winter range (I'm used to this so not worried about...
