I've had my 21 Premium AWD EX for over two years now and think the car is brilliant! I've had some good cars before, but the Mach E is my favorite...except for the service. I've tried three different dealers and have only found one with any ability to work on the car. I made an appointment...
Had mine for almost two years now and my only complaint is with the dealer service, which has included holding my car for a couple weeks before telling me they couldn't do the glass recall and still being unable to get blue cruise installed. I'm trying again for the third time in a couple...
I've never gotten the BC update on my job 1 and can't find a dealer who will add the software to my car. Three appointments so far to install it, and it never happened. At this point, I've given up on it. So I've never experienced my "free" year of BC. Not sure I'd trust it anyway.
I have a job 1 2021 Premium Ex AWD and can’t find a local Ford dealer to install blue cruise because they both report attempts to install result in damaging the main computer in the car. All have told me I’d be better off forgetting about it for now, and today told me that just this week Ford...
That’s what they told me, too. So far no luck with AutoNation, Groove or Phil Long, all saying they can’t even make an appointment. Anybody from Ford paying attention?
I can't even get an appointment to get the glass recall done. I had an appointment in December at AutoNation Ford in Littleton Colorado and they kept the car for two weeks then returned it saying that they couldn't get it done. I tried today with Groove Ford in Centennial Colorado and they...
I made an appointment to have the glass recall done in mid-December. The dealer kept the car for two weeks, no loaner, but didn't do anything, which makes me wonder why they scheduled the appointment. They told me that they needed to have the glass available before they could do the recall...
Thanks for all the replies. One other question, does pushing the L button on the gear shift help with controlling the torque and slowing start-up? I assume it would be helpful descending a mountain pass.
We’re finally getting some snow in Colorado and I haven’t had a chance to drive my AWD EX in the snow yet. Any ideas on the best drive mode to use for snow or other tips? I’m running on the tires that came with car. Thanks!
They had my car for two weeks then told me they were unable to get it in to the glass company, so they updated software and gave it back to me. They think they can get it in in about a month but then will need the car for another week. No loaner available. Sounds like I need to try another dealer
My order for a Premium 4X was placed on March 19 and the car was finally delivered seven months later, on October 19. It feels like it takes forever, but here's some hope that your orders will eventually be filled!
I got the same thing Friday. Ordered in mid-March, the car is finally built and shipped with delivery in the next week or two, and price now goes up $2700 without explanation. Ford could use more than a little work in the customer service department.
I ordered a premium 4x in mid-March. I got a production week of 8/16 in late June. Still shows the same production week but no indication that it’s been built or window sticker. Is this unusual?
I've had mine for a couple months now and absolutely love it. While there have been occasional glitches, they have been minor and resolved by restarting the car. I've been driving BMWs for years and this car is better in ever way - except cornering where the Mach E is very good, just not great...
I took mine from Denver to Vail and back over the 4 th of July weekend as kind of a test for ski traffic. On the way back I went from the Eisenhower tunnel under the continental divide to C-470 and only used 1% of the battery!
