Hello. My MME had the HVBW issue and it had to be towed to the dealership. They're telling me since my car is over 36k miles I'm not covered for a rental. They gave me the number: 1.800.393.3673 And told me they have to approve a rental. The car is at 36,199 miles.

Update: The dealership is telling me that since I'm over 36k miles I can't get a rental. They gave me the 1 800 393 3673 Number of Ford customer service to get approval for a rental. I thought this was covered by Ford as it's a known issue?
