I’ve had an issue for a few months now where the save button on the Schedule Updates screen is greyed out so I can’t schedule them. The updates seem to be working and I have called Ford for assistance on it once to no avail. Since it hasn’t stopped the updates I haven’t worried about it too...

Does the online buying process allow the use of credit card(s) to make a down payment? If so is there a limit to how much can be put on one card and will it allow multiple cards to be used? Thanks.
My car got a production date scheduled about a week ago. I have my VIN but when I try to look up the window sticker using it I get a message saying the VIN isn’t in Ford’s system yet. So how long between getting a production date and being able to get that window sticker? Thanks.
