I'm just now peeking inside this thread for the first time. I got a call from my dealer that my car was delivered, and I'm feeling a bit less grumpy and a bit more euphoric.

Seems like a lot of people are having the same problems. My 4/27 order still shows an estimated delivery window ending 11/2. I just Uber now.

He says that Ford came close to nailing it right out of the gate and it wins the competition; Tesla has better software and range, but no personality and build quality, so it comes in second; VW seems to be shit on the most and comes in third.

Sorry to say it again, but completely inaccurate. My estimated delivery window ends on 11/02. As of today, that was twenty days ago and I still have no car, and no idea of when I'll get a car.

I think that our cars were on the same train, and mine is coming to PA as well (Harrisburg.) According to Ford's website, my anticipated delivery date was between 10/24 and 11/2 so I don't really trust anything by Ford. I hope that yours arrives soon!

Ford customer service 800-392-3673 or 800-334-4375. I believe both numbers lead to the same voice prompt, although one is for marketing and the other is customer service.

Fun fact about seg.fyi: when you go beyond your anticipated delivery date with no delivery, it restarts counting days until delivery. For example, my expected delivery end date is 11/2 and seg.fyi tells me on 11/8 that I have six more days until delivery. And on 11/9 I will have seven more...

My GT shipped September 15 with a delivery window that ended YESTERDAY! I have no information. Palsapp has nothing - no information at all. My dealer knows nothing. I called Ford customer service who know nothing. I don't even know if my car is in North America!
