I've noticed that the amber / blue light on the mobile charger turns on intermittently and after a while it goes back to flashing blue. The mobile charger brick is not hot or warm to the touch when this happens. and temp this morning is 52F and cloudy.

I've started having charging failures too. I have a mache-GT that I took delivery last fall and I've had no issues till this started to pop up. Looking at the message center on the fordpass app, I see 5 instances where this has occurred starting from March 5 and failures again on March 6, March...

Thanks for pointing that out. If that's the case I also have 39 kwh of missing credits too, since at the other other 2 locations I charged 5Kwh and 56 Kwh and now show 400Kwh remaining.

My charging sessions were all in CA. Like you, I wasn't paying attention since plug and charge was working perfectly for me.

can you sum up kwh consumed across all your EA charging sessions since you got the car and see if it adds to 93 kwh ?

Can you sum up all the kwH used from your charging sessions and deduct from 500 to see if it adds up. I charged 3 times : 5 kwh, 42 kwh and 56Kwh which adds up to 103Kwh used. And ford now says I have 400Kwh of credits remaining. Here's what my mail says. Mail 1: Total kWh Used: 5.00 kWh New...

@Ford Motor Company can you help here please? It looks like we have 2 instances of incorrect charges being made for a charging session.

I called up EA and they asked me to contact ford :) The only way EA customer service will be able to trace is, if I have a session id or a station id and I have neither of these with me.

It did deduct the 42Kwh for me in addition to charging me $18.06

They did actually charge me card too. I see a charge from "FORD SMART MOBILITY 800-334-4375 MI" for 18.06 on my credit card satement.
