I had an order in for a First Addition when they announced the GT. I cancelled the First Addition and ordered a 2021 Rapid Red GTPE and never looked back. It has been the perfect experience. Everything you would want in a new car. I ordered the extended warranty so I will likely keep it another...
I bought a Maverick Ecoboost to give me a nonelectric alternative after I got my 2021 GTPE. I used it a few times to go on vacation on the gulf coast which had almost no charging info structure in the early days. I kept it for almost 3 years and sold it with 5000 miles for a couple of thousand...
I called and scheduled my 2021 Mach e GTPE for annual service and a recall. They ask if I wanted to use pick up and delivery service. I had never tried it so I said yes. They scheduled it to be picked up at 8:30am I received and email that morning with a picture of the driver and a map that I...
I did. It depends on how lucky you feel. It’s going to fail at some point and you don’t know when that is. If you don’t mind handing it after it fails take your chances.
This is going to sound strange but while I was waiting on my 2021 Mach e GTPE I bought a BMW i3 to get used to driving electric and test my charging station. It is a wonderful car except no range. It is simple to operate with a surprising large amount of room. No surprises. Just get in and go...
My 21 Mach e GTPE has been a wonderful experience. The only problem I have had was the contactor failure after about 1.5 years. It was replaced in 2 days and I have never had another problem. I did the 12V replacement and brake flush about six months ago and everything is great. I will keep it...
I have a 2021 GTPE. I changed both the 12 volt battery and replaced the brake fluid at 36 months. It cost $417 and I paid for it with points. I plan to have the car at the next 36 month interval and change both again.
Mine has b
Mine he’s been doing the same thing. Not up to 283 but I saw 275 on a 2021 GTPE charging to 100% at home. I don’t usually charge to 100% so I don’t know what is normal but I ignore it anyway because we all know it’s just a made up number and has little to do with the real world.
No nails in 4 years. The only puncture was when I ran over my garden rake that had left in the driveway. It got the sidewall and I had to replace the tire.
Someone on here said in the new break fluid standard the brake fluid encapsulates moisture in the fluid to prevent it damaging brake components and needs to be removed. The 3 year term was used because it’s not really mileage dependent.
