I am in Texas and had an issue just after 10k miles. At first they were going to replace the high volt battery and then ended up only replacing the energy control module.

Luckily I found one at McLane Ford in Fredericksburg shortly after and McLane Ford was great to work with.
In my case, a rental was not offered initially, but after no progress the first 4 days, the dealership arranged for me pick up a rental car at a nearby Enterprise that they contract with. I was told Ford was covering it, but then Enterprise charged my credit card a week later for $140...
Sorry to hear that. I recently had a somewhat similar issue (although I was parked already when the issue occurred) and they had to replace the energy control module to fix it. It was almost two weeks to get the car back in my case, so I hope they get you taken care of quicker...
Finally got the car back today. After originally being told they were changing out the battery, the dealership later said after talking more with Ford engineers that they were only changing out the energy control module.
So far so good.
Several hours from home I tried to fast charge got a charging fault and then the car wouldn’t start back up. It just says stop vehicle safely (even though I am already parked). Had to have it towed to the closest Ford dealership. This should be fun.
Just curious if anyone else having this issue? For the last couple of weeks the the navigation closes and drops off the screen after being open for only a few seconds.
