Hi - thought I’d share that following the FSA 22P25 update at my dealer last week, I received this OTA update this morning: Any ideas if this is the same as the dealer update to DC charging from last year?

Go with the MME if I were you. If you've had your car for a while with no issues relating to the battery and charging, then you should be fine! The 'new issues' aren't really new, it's just that Ford have realised there is a problem with some cars that needs a fix (so if yours is fine, then I...

I didn't actually (wasn't planning on going through any of the City zones) but it's a good point - maybe next time! I did get the Swiss vignette as we made some trips into Switzerland on some of the ski days.

Yes, mine was done by the dealer when I took my car in for the roof recall. They didn't manage to do the roof - brought me in even though they didn't have the right parts! At least I got the software updates!!

I promised a while back to report back on my Mustang Mach E road trip to the Alps. This was back in mid-February, better late than never for an update (no, it hasn't taken me 6 weeks to get back home). The journey was from South East London, to Chamonix in France (651 miles) using the...

Ah thanks for flagging - hadn't realised that they had extended beyond Netherlands. Looking at the map, annoyingly, none of the selected sites are near my route - otherwise I would have definitely tested and reported back!

Will do - I've put the time in to researching the charging options on the way (with back up options). Hopefully the IONITY stations work as easily as they do in the UK (some charging speed issues aside).

So mine managed to do the software updates no problem, but they didn't have the adhesive, and I wasn't going to leave the car with them for an unknown period while they get the parts, so took it home. Pretty ridiculous has they booked it in with a 3-week lead time precisely so that they could...

So they've managed the software updates - but called me to say the didn't have the right part to do the roof recall, which is shoddy given that they had a 3 week lead in for the work, and called me yesterday to bring the car in. I'm going to see if the part arrives tomorrow, but if not, I'll...

Yeah I called mine up directly to book it in - dealership had not contacted me directly first (so I was acting on the mass emails we got, and the notification in the app). They’re doing the job at the moment - fingers crossed!!

Took my Mach E into the dealer today for the pano roof recall and software updates - will report back with any news (it's at TrustFord Dagenham). I can see they put my car on charge, so hopefully I'll be heading home with a fuller battery at the very least! I'm presuming they need a certain %...

I've booked my Mach E in for the panoramic roof recall and the software updates on 1st February (at TrustFord, Dagenham). Will feedback on how it goes! In the meantime, I've had to book chips away in to short one corner of my car after someone bashed me while parked! Minor damage (pic below)...

Yes I think we've all had that. Nothing for us to do at the moment, and wait for the dealers to get in touch. I don't think they've done the training yet for this task, so would not expect anything soon. TBH I'd rather not have my dealer mess around with my windscreen and roof...

I'm experiencing the same thing, so don't think it's anything you're doing wrong. I charged up to 100% at the weekend, reset, and it showed 340 miles range, which quickly reduced to 240 miles after a few miles of urban driving with heat set to 21C. The e-heat definitely eats into the efficiency...

Charging on the left - what was Ford thinking?

Yes - charging on the left side is good for us in the UK! We have lots of curbside charging over here - like this lamppost I charged off recently in central London

I may have misunderstood your question - but there are quite a few networks with 150kW chargers (e.g. Gridserve, Instavolt, MFG) that Mustangs can use, but only some are on FordPass (e.g. BP, Ionity, Shell). I used a 350kW charger (Gridserve) at Rugby Services and the speed briefly peaked at...
