I came from a 2019 Mustang Performance Pack 5.0 and my Mach-E handles turns at almost the same speeds I could in the 5.0. The low center of gravity from the batteries really helps in my opinion. The only thing it could use to really help control / stability is probably some wider tires but...

They have a fix coming. I had mine repaired a couple days ago. I had been stuck on a failed 1.7.1 for months. My dealer got in touch with ford and they had someone come fix it and said it should be a TSB soon

Agreed. I was able to do this for Sync on my 2019 5.0. Not sure why it isn’t an option on the Mach-E
