I went with Select AWD SR. Yeah, I wish I could have gotten the extended range, but that would have been an additional ~$7k. I would have missed out on my state's rebate and honestly, the extra 60 miles isn't work ~$1k/ten miles.
After deleting the car from FordPass and re-adding it, I was able to activate it and get most functions working again. I don't have the option to set up PaaK yet, though I seem to remember it takes a bit before that option is available.
I sent a PM to the Ford team on here, and the end result of that was them telling me to go to a dealer. Pretty disappointing, I was hoping for some real updates or clue as to what was happening, not to go to a dealer and waste hours of my time for them to tell me they can't do anything.
I get that server issues happen; I work in IT. The lack of communication or any notice to customers about issues is frustrating. No systems status page, no tweets or emails or banners about an outage. Just vague "we're working on it" from the FordPass support team.
I tweeted responses to Ford and Jim Farley when they posted today about the Mach-E. Hopefully we can get someone's attention at Ford to get this fixed!

I'm running into the same issue right now. I got the emails about my car being reset, PaaK keys are gone, etc. I was told by FordPass support that they're working to get it resolved.
Very nice! The Infinite Blue color was made for black wheels. What did this entire setup cost you? I want to go the black wheels route. I might go with the piano black HyperDip from dipyourcar.com and see how that works out.

Tried that, no luck. After a reinstall of the app, I just get the basic FordPass with the car; no additional info, no Manage EV tab under Vehicle. If I try to load the vehicle details on the website, it just spins...
Nope, didn't did any reset or uninstall/reinstall. What's weirder is FordPass says last updated was like 14 hours ago, and if I try to refresh it, it fails.
Not sure. Supposedly there was an OTA update released in the last few days? Maybe that did it, or could be some backend problem with FordPass. Since my app won't update, I'm beginning to wonder if it's a server-side issue.
I just got my Mustang Mach-E last night. So far, I've been unsuccessful in activating FordPass. I had FordPass in my 19 Ranger, so I've used it before. I added the car to my account, but whenever I click Activate Vehicle, I get this error:
