Yea lol. Mine completely failed. This was the 4th attempt. The dealership got guidance from the engineers to replace the cables. They had already replaced the camera, modules, tried recalibration, and updating. It was gone for a total of 3 months
I think they may have found a fix. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten a fault since I’ve had it back. They replaced to cables to the camera. This is the longest I’ve been without the fault so I’m optimistic
I’m starting to wonder if it’s the b/c the weather is cooler. Someone mentioned that early in the thread about heat triggering the fault more often. I’m praying that’s not it because I don’t want to deal with this next summer
Update. Got the cables replaced. I’ve had the car for over ver a week and haven’t seen the fault yet. Tech also drove about 300 miles before returning it. We shall see

Got an update today that they ordered the wrong part. New part coming in tomorrow. Also got rear ended in the dealer loaner yesterday. Someone hit me at a red light

I actually didn’t think about that. When I was told they were working on an update, in my mind, it’s for everyone that has this problem. Haven’t heard anything yet though. My camera fault has come up about 3 times in the week I’ve had it back but goes away quickly.
I have a CR1 as well. I’m back in my car but it’s not fixed. I was told the engineers think it’s a software issue and are working to figure out how to fix it. When they do, an update will be sent
