Sorry to hear. Can't you drive your MME until the latches come in? I had a horrible experience with the dealer and parts availably but drove my car two months with the faults. Best of luck.

2 Years of ownership and my MME has spent 4+ months at two dealers for many small issues. I feel for you on the dealers incompetence with reproducing issues. 20 more months and I will turn my options plan MME back in. I wish you luck.
