They weren’t able to work on it today. Tech who works on my car was sick today. I picked her up for the weekend. Still no lane centering or blue cruise.

Thank you for checking. I guess they’ve done some work on it today. But after the test drive, there is more to do. 🤷‍♀️ 🤞 hopefully I get it back tomorrow.

Can you check and see if this has been done yet? They have had my car now for 2 days and keep telling me they’ll get to it shortly. That they have been swamped.

We do have a case number through Ford. I have also given this number to our service center, even though they have assured me to don't need it. It should be notated on my account somewhere.

I believe not being able to update is a huge safety concern. Example, my car won't update and now all of my lane assist and pre collision features are not working.

They have tried that. That’s what prompted them to order the new gateway module. ~Kimmie

I think they have. I know once time they had one of the ford engineers there looking at it. I’ll check on Monday.
