Same for me! Last night via OTA. Iāve been waiting for so longā¦I had lost all hope. Finally got 2.8.1 and am assuming Iām not āstuckā anymore.
As an update, I finally received 2.8.1 via OTA last night! I was ecstatic and shocked because Iāve been stuck for months. Not sure if they changed the messaging, so here is a pic.

I just took my car last week and the dealer said they cannot resolve 21G01 - is there something else you're saying i can refer to as a reason/way to fix this issue? he said ford suspended the installation of this fix due to an IPC programming issue. they suspended this on January 4th.

i'm in this exact scenario as you. I'm also on 2.7.4. i took it to the dealer for the BlueCruise recall and they couldn't do it. it has been paused by Ford as of January 4th, i believe. if you get a different answer or find out more info, please let me know!

I understand the OTA numbering doesnāt directly correlate to must on the module side, but my OTAs have been stuck for quite sometime. itās my understanding that the Blue Cruise fix allows OTAs to continue. Only reason I mentioned it.

I just got my car back from the dealer today and this is exactly what they told me. I have a May 2021 build. They said FDRS says that the 21G01 fix is temporarily stopped as of January 4th.
Service dept notes say: "could not be done at this time due to a programming concern with IPC"

I just called into Ford and spoke with a customer service rep about this. She escalated my ticket and said that theyāve had some cases where things get stuck. Escalation team should be able to resolve.
