OP's error is about the interior, driver facing camera. Your issue is probably about the front facing camera. The fix for that is to replace the coax cable for the camera

Theres a huge thread on this. The correct action was to replace the coax cable for the front camera. If its still happening then the likely cause is that when they re-installed the cable, they pinched the connector. If you pop the black camera cover off (carefully) you can move the wire yourself...
