Well, Iām on my first road trip very far from home and now stranded for indef period of time as dealer tries to figure out what caused my 12 V battery to die. Unlike others, I still had accessory power (could open doors etc) but I couldnāt put it into gear. The display said āfull accessory power...
Theyāre actually trying to sell me both; Iām kind of with you on the extended warranty since itās such a new car type but the service plan seems unecessary. Thanks man.
Totally with you there. My dealership has no idea about what what theyāre trying to sell me covers. The extended warranties and the service plans were designed with non-electric cars in mind.
just bought my new Mach-e and dealer is offering up a prepaid service plan but since thereās not much Ā« real Ā» servicing to do (if you read the list itās mostly inspections and tire rotation) any thoughts on whether itās worth it? Are brake jobs super expensive on these ponies?
thanks
