Mine does the same thing but on my passenger side.

Would love to have the option to upgrade to the newest sync hardware if it providers faster response and access to newer, cooler software features.

I follow EVs quite closely and I had no idea this was even a spec. I would have assumed all Ioniq 5 had DCFC, I wonder what the Monroney paper said. I feel horrible for the owner, that price is insane for a car with no DCFC.

I got 4.1.3 today too! The interesting thing is that it installed the update and I received the update notification while I was driving! No turning off the car or parked with the car on, I was driving and the message popped up!
