I've moved so a new dealer is looking at it. They are indeed following the latest TSB. The camera wires are on backorder. They've had it for a week, I think they said they were trying an emergency order to get it in faster.
My warranty ends in May. I asked them what happens if they tell me...
I have this camera issue on my 2021, it's in the shop now for the fifth time to fix it. I'm also at 34k miles and scared it will fall again outside the warranty.
I'm curious if you ever figured this out. When I go online to pay off. All I can pay off is the principal amount. It throws up an air saying you need to use "other payment" option if you want to pay off the loan entirely. I can't find the other payment option.
Their virtual chat assistant can't...
I've ran mine through the usual suspects (CarMax, etc). The trade in was sad. Ultimately, I'd list it on cars.com and use KeySavvy.com to facilitate the sale. Makes life easy on private party with this amount of money changing hands.
You are crushing it in every reply! Go go go.
I also have owned the R1T, Polestar 2, Model 3, and MME. Not one of them is perfect but the R1T is as close as it comes. The tech execution and package of Rivian highlights all that is weak on the MME. I'd have sold the MME but didn't want to take a...
'21 job 1, I had the front windshield recall stuff done (the new sealant). No glass replacements.
I went from errors constantly to zero for over a week now. No software updates received before/after the TSB that could claim responsibility.
I haven't had the issue since my dealership did TSB 23-2155.
Fingers crossed, it's fixed 🤞

I have the same build and I'm at 27,000 miles. I should have rotated my tires at 15,000 miles but I didn't. I rotated them around 22,000. I expect the tires to last about 35,000 mi. My, now rotated, rear tires have lots of tread. The front ones have some life left to take me through summer/fall...
I am finally in the system and was able to book a dent repair claim.
Vista call in every 2 weeks. First I'd call the dent repair hotline. They would tell me I'm not in the system. Then I would call Ford customer service. Fore customer service promise to call me back and never did.
But I am in.
Turning off auto lights and plugging in the car to charge did the trick. After a week of failed after failed update (no matter the amount of driving I desperately did), it worked.
1. Windows up
2. Parking brake
3. Headlights out of Auto, moved to off
4. Parking brake on
5. I have no 12v...
I also did this, finance them pay it off in a few months. It may be a little bit more paperwork but it's not as complicated as dealing with stock sales that can't happen at the exact right time/price.
A little paperwork for flexibility.
