Goodwill Program Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

Agreed but it's a very tiny mark and if they offered to replace both panels it would not worth my time for just that. My experience so far tells me just to move on.

Goodwill Program Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

It's back as of yesterday, so about a week and a day. For the damage, same here, the side panels were all scuffed up, but I was able to get them out. I only see one very small pry mark and I had to push the panels back to the body as gaps were left. My biggest issue was that they got tap water...

Goodwill Program Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

I asked for a rental and they looked at me like I was crazy. Been there since last week and now waiting for more parts. Let us know how fast they get the job done.

Gift from Ford for completing the HVJB recall!

I’ve been in recall jail for a week since last Monday. Last update from service informed me it’s going to be a few more days before they are done. Fun times with the MACH-E, this visit was to address 4 recalls, including the HVJB.

Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others

Thanks, the stop sale is for a seat belt plastic holder to keep the buckle up for the front passengers when reaching for the buckle. It's super silly, but for this VIN that recall does not apply. I was wondering if they actually even connected to FRDS but as you said, they only looked up a...

Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others

Can someone please pull the tech notes on this VIN, not an MME but a Bronco that arrived with a brake leak as said by dealer. Looking to see what the last stuff that was done in FRDS, my account is not active right now. A bud has been waiting forever and it just arrived with said brake leak...

What should Ford tell my dealer?

These are CS programs and not recalls but I am baffled how CS 22P31 is a not a recall since it deals with the braking system. Guess I need to look into this myself as the other day my parking brake did not disengage and displayed a fault. After getting home and starting again, the message...

Mach-E in NYC taking down illegal bakeries - Best use case?

Yeah was nice to see how it's used in action but having to use the buttons in that location could be a pain if you're focusing on a pursuit. I thought there would be more custom use of the center screen but looks like a dolled up regular MACH-E. I had seen a few at the auto show but always...

Rumor has it that they sold it at a bake sale afterwards 🤣🍿

Mach-E in NYC taking down illegal bakeries - Best use case?

I got a chuckle out of that one. Looks like the controls for the lights and siren are up near the rear view mirror, strange spot. NYPD in hot pursuit for cookies...

Mach-E in NYC taking down illegal bakeries - Best use case?

At least you can see how it performs in traffic with lights and siren. Don't know if that was the best use of Mach-E but hey what do you expect from NYC. Mach-E starts about 50 seconds in the video.

NYPD Mach-E police cars being tested

I was also at the Javits car show and there were a few variations of MACE-E being shown by various departments such a sanitation, corrections, PD and I think DEP.

    Tesla Slashes Prices

Could be because of a MY24 major refresh that is coming out soon. My guess Tesla doesn't want to slow any momentum anytime soon. Ford raises Tesla drops, it's going to be a bumpy ride over the next 12 months.

Upcoming Competition: 2024 Jeep Recon EV SUV — First Real Life Looks

Right now I equate this statement to judging a book by it's cover without knowing the content. Rear cover of the book “We’ll delight our customers with a premium, highly efficient SUV that is loaded with technology and high quality craftmanship, offering 4x4 capability, high performance, rapid...

Best percentage charge at home for battery life

It's best to search before starting a debate thread that has been debated many times. Manual says 90%, consensus is 90% given the buffer etc. If one feels 80 or 85 is best go with it, but lets not have another debate on this topic because Ford hasn't publicly said anything otherwise.

U.S. Treasury to release EV battery sourcing rules next week

But, but ordered long ago, Ford should help with the difference. Funny they actually did that once in the early days for late delivery in one state. Those days are long gone.... There are many of these coming soon.
