I totally agree, hoping the producers of these cars will involve their companies with providing better and more charging stations, especially in the high population areas.
oh, and donāt go anywhere during holidays. All the e-cars are out in force. along with the traffic you will find yourself...
I love the positive steering and solid, quiet ride. So fun! I canāt think of any car Iād trade it for, and with our house having solar the savings are huge! No problems at ten thousand miles. Donāt miss the exhaust that I am reminded of when stuck behind a gas guzzler spewing out fumesā¦
I donāt have a dogā¦.it might be safe to lock them in the car, but I would test in your driveway (checking every 15 min.) to make sure the car passes the test more than once, with temp, etc.
my concern would be if the car caught on fire, or in an emergency the dog is locked in it when you are...
Yeah, many are not ready yet for an electric car. Talk about anxietyā¦.ššµāš«or maybe he wants A used car and doesnāt want to admit it to you?
Wonder, as of today, why I have a black AND white screen....great, new glitches. Hoping it will right itselfā¦tomorrow I will check it out.ā¦.other than the finicky confused seat adjustment per driver, I have had no problems whatsoever.Wahhhhh!
Really cool! And does the leather stop remote connections? Just wonderingā¦.my previous thick leather purse would block the remote unless I held my purse close to the window lol.
I feel pretty much the same as you. I still worry a bit about the known issues, as I am older and donāt want to be stranded somewhere. But we are so happy with the GTPE!
Is it not supportive enough? Lower back or shoulders?
you might try a few different lumbar supports from either a back store or online?
Iāve always had back problems but I have to say that my GTPE is very supportive. I wish it had a tad more of padding in the seat.
Just thinking how many e cars will be on the road one year from nowā¦donāt go anywhere on a holiday weekend! Itās already a problem, and playing catch up will never happen at this rate.
Thanks for the post. California did jump the gun on the gas phase outs. I get the feeling that there will always be both hybrids and electric cars on the planet. Both improving over time.
I guess the mechanics that are worried about losing their jobs will have to move to Wyoming.
Wyoming would have a different outlook if 30 million people lived there. They depend on on tourism, and its easy to picture what the smog would do to that state. somebody is not thinking straight, considering they are discouraging their tourists.
Hello, and welcome to the forum. So many of us immediately fall in love with this car! We ended up getting the GTPE and my only regret is the range. But we leased it for four years, and may then have better mileage choices on the next round of Macheās. I hear ya on the anxiety. Something new.
I...
I probably would buy another Audi. I kept my 2010, such a great car. Never a problem.
the machE has spoiled me though, would have to be fast and good gas mileageā¦
