I totally get where you are coming from.....but sometimes there are circumstances....
ie....we went camping in Colorado last weekend.....In order to get to the campsite, and then back to the nearest charger after camping, we HAD to charge to 100%. Lucky for us, there were 4 chargers, and no...
Yeah...I know where you are coming from....but, $50 os $50.
It's a matter of principal now!
Also......I may be wrong, but when the Tesla network opens up to us 22 peeps.......I think Plug and charge will be optimal? I could be wrong though....
Won't be the first time...
The thought from the "Ford experts" on the last call, was that because the car was reactivated in my FordPass account after the master reset - (rather than my husbands - which we initially used,) so now.....it is showing up for them as a 'new owner' - effective January, 23rd, 2023 - and of...
Don't have that.....There is nothing about our balance....Just the expiration date - which is 3years after we bought the car. I scroll further down....I can see the credit card I have on file, and an option to 'cancel
l'
That's part of the problem.....Our credits don't show up in our account anymore according to the Ford marketing person. We probably had only used half.....He said they were probably wiped when the dealer did the Master reset :-(. Seems like it would be easy enough to just give them...
This is getting frustrating. I have a 2022 GTPE that my husband and I bought in April of 2022. In January of 2023, we had to take the car in because there was something going on, and the car wouldn't get any OTA updates. We did that.....and they fixed the update issue, but in the process...
Went to an EA station for the first time in a LONG time today. Plugged in....the car connected, but then nothing. EA wanted a credit card number from me....which I gave them, and of course was charged - instead of using my free Kw. No worries...but, I get home, and start looking into why...
My car was not getting ANY OTA updates. I contacted Ford Support, and they tried to do stuff over the internet to 'connect' to my car. I have not idea what....but, they were unable to get my car to do what they wanted it to do, so they gave me a case number and told me I needed to take it...
I had to take my 2022 GTPE to the dealer today because it wouldn't do OTA's.....Supposedly, they fixed the issue, and updated all outstanding modules/updates. In the process, they deleted my Fordpass account and PAAK. When I got home, I reactivated the car - and got PAAK set up - but...
Thanks....They are having trouble sorting out my OTA issue :-(. Last I heard an hour ago, my service rep said that there was a 'slew of issues' that are causing it not to update....but he didn't say what they were. Just that he was going to try and get them figured out so I can have my car...
My 22 GT hasn't received an update since November - the fast charging one. Anyway, I got a letter from Ford talking about the HVAC update, so I called Ford to see if I just missed seeing it come through. Long story short, nope...there is some sort of communication issue with my car - and I'm...
Hey....I'm not getting OTA's either......still waiting on a Blucruise and the HVAC update. Called Ford yesterday, and the lady I spoke to didn't seem too 'educated'....and was really unsure of what to do. She had me toggle some switches on and off - and then declared that I have 'connectivity...
I got lucky.....Bought my 21 premium AWD/EXT in Oct 21....and I had an order for 21 (converted to 22 GTPE).....took delivery of the GTPE in April 22....and in August, decided to sell the premium (didn't need two Mach E's). I bought the premium at a MSRP of 57,800......I think about $60,000ish...
We bought our GT out of Spite as well.....long story.....but we didn't get any price protection blah blah blah (converted 21 to 22 order)....and the sales manager LIED about when the car came in...saying we had to buy the night we came to test drive...even though it had not been the 72 hours...
