I'm curious where we will end up on this. We took delivery 3/12 (delayed of course) and I submitted the paperwork in time but we are waiting to hear from Charge Up NJ. Perhaps we will end up like the others that submitted in time and were "approved", but without funding will still end up in limbo.
Okay, I'll bite: why would you not feel that Chemical Guys is a reputable brand? I've been using their products for a few years now and have been very happy. I had terrible water spots on the roof of our MME and the HD Water Spot remover followed by Jet Seal really did the trick.
We seriously looked at the e-tron as a backup option to our MME (which we did eventually purchase earlier this month.) Agree with a lot of what the OP said about ride, tech, etc. A few negatives that we found:
1) To get the active lane assist, you need at least premium plus
2) The backseat...
Almost 2 weeks in now, I use the PAAK and the wife has used both phone and fob. I have noticed that I can't get the foot activated liftgate to work with PAAK.
I was trying to set up the EA app today and it is a mess. Doesn't recognize credit card info, can't do VIN lookup, etc. It is effectively useless right now.
Yup, definitely did not sign this document.
Edit: @hybrid2bev who at Ford should I follow up with? I am going to let the dealer know about this omission, but I expect resistance. This dealer had to be watched carefully - they had tremendous issues "finding" Options and then tried telling me...
For those who have taken delivery and received the $100 off for the Active Drive Assist Prep Package, what paper acknowledgement did you receive? I think my dealer "forgot" the $100 and any related docs that go with this.
Well something isn’t working right because it’s kept me here like 2 extra hours. We’ve waited 16 months for the car, so what’s an extra 2 hours? Just a little frustrating because my wife had to leave foe an appointment and can’t drive her new car home. I get to instead.
@hybrid2bev why are dealers struggling so much to figure this out with Ford Credit? It looks like my dealer sales manager is on the phone with 2 different people at once talking about system downloads, etc.... How complicated did they make this?
Not sure if this has been covered here already and if so, I apologize: Is there any benefit to submitting a credit application online instead of waiting until I’m at the dealer?
We are trying to understand what is going on with our car as well. Found out today it is in Wilmington, DE, where it should have been offloaded from the train and put on a car carrier towards the dealer. ETA was Monday and now the Ford tracker is counting up! Talk about a day-for-day slip :)...
