I just got it installed a couple days ago and haven't been able to fully dive in. I can view camera and recordings via camera wifi and iPhone hotspot while in the car. Haven't figured out how to view while away from vehicle. More learning to be done.

While this dealership may be trustworthy, never give your PIN to the dealer until you're sitting in the car and ready to actually buy it. A dealer could use your pin for the sale of any other purchase to any other customer and pocket the savings, rendering your PIN useless.

In FordPass app, under Vehicle, turn on SecuriAlert. You phone will get notifications anytime any door is opened. Also, another good reason to get a dashcam (THINKWARE U1000) which has a motion detector and starts recording when a person or other vehicle get close.
